摘要
目的:探讨肺部呼吸成像诊断系统(VRIxp)在肺癌患者术前预测术后肺功能中的应用。方法:对21例行手术治疗的肺癌患者,术前均行肺功能检查和VRIxp检查,然后利用VRIxpO-Plan软件预测术后肺功能的FEV1(FEV1PPO)和FEV1%(FEV1%PPO),21例患者于术后1个月再次行肺功能检查测得FEV1和FEV1%,将预测值和术后实测值进行t检验和Pearson相关性检验。结果:VRIxp的预测值于术后实测值之间具有显著相关性,两组数据之间均差异无统计学意义。结论:VRIxp可以准确、简便、有效的预测肺癌患者的术后肺功能情况。
Objective:To evaluate whether the VRIxp Vibration Response Imaging System(VRIxp)is useful for predicting the pulmonary function of lung cancer patients after operation.Methods:The pulmonary function(FEV1 and FEV1%)evaluation and VRIxp test were performed in 21 lung cancer patients before operation,then the predicted pulmonary function after operation was calculated with VRIxp O-Plan software.The results obtained by prediction and evaluation 1 month after operation were compared by t test and Pearson correlation test.Results:No significant difference was found between the predicted value before operation and the evaluated results after operation,which suggested the positive correlation existed.Conclusion:VRIxp is a strict,convenient and effective method for predicting the pulmonary function of lung tumor patients after operation.
