腹部带蒂皮瓣修复手部损伤的临床护理体会

目的:分析研究腹部带蒂皮瓣修复手部损伤的临床护理措施。方法:期间收治手部损伤患者64例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。护理工作采取对患者全程护理,严密观察皮瓣血运,预防创面感染,以提高皮瓣存活率。结果:64例患者中,2例皮瓣边缘部分坏死,62例达到Ⅰ期愈合,手功能恢复满意,取得较好的治疗效果。结论:运用护理程序对患者实施整体护理,使患者积极主动配合,严密观察病情,防治各种并发症,是保证皮瓣移植成功的关键。

Objective：To investigate the clinical nursing of hand injury with abdomen pedicled skin flap repair. Methods：A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 64 patients with hand injury who were admitted in our hospital. All patients were nursing with whale range and exactitude to observe skin flap blood to prevent infection and increase the survival rate of skin flap. Results： In the whole patients, there were 2 cases with part necrosis of skin flap, others were to heal with the degree of I, hand function recovered satisfactorily and have a good effects. Conclusion： Carry out halistic nursing care to mak patients with actively cooperate, it is key point to succeed for pay much attention on patient condition and control all sorts of complications.
