血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素和孕酮联合测定用于异位妊娠早期诊断的临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的评价血清β-人绒毛膜促性素激素(β-HCG)和孕酮(P)联合测定早期诊断异位妊娠临床意义。方法回顾性分析2008年9月至2010年9月在我院就诊的异位妊娠患者103例和正常妊娠的150例女性血清β-HCG、孕酮水平比较,探讨β-HCG与孕酮联合测定对异位妊娠的诊断价值。结果 A组患者血β-HCG测量值显著低于β组(P<0.01)。A组患者孕酮测量值显著低于B组(P<0.01)。结论目前诊断异位妊娠的方法虽日趋完善,但早期诊断仍有困难。
