跟骨关节内骨折解剖钢板内固定的疗效分析

目的研究解剖钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法采用解剖钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折52例。结果按照Maryland足部评分标准评定患者术后功能,优39例,良6例,可5例,差2例。优良率86.5%。结论应用解剖钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折具有复位好、牢固可靠、足功能恢复快等特点,是目前治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效确切而理想的方法,但是手术时机和手术适应证需严格把握,可以减少或避免并发症产生。

Objective To study the anatomical plate in treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures.Methods Anatomic plate internal fixation for treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures in 52 cases.Results According to the Maryland foot assessment system in patients with postoperative function,excellent in 39 cases,good in 6 cases,5 cases,2.The excellent and good rate was 86.5%.
