血清HE4鉴别诊断宫颈良恶性肿瘤的临床价值 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨血清人附睾分泌蛋白4(human epididymis secretory protein4,HE4)表达水平鉴别诊断宫颈良恶性肿瘤的临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫法(EIA)检测宫颈癌患者(30例)、宫颈良性肿瘤患者(30例)和健康对照者(30例)的血清HE4表达水平,并采用受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线评价血清HE4表达水平鉴别诊断宫颈良恶性肿瘤的效能。结果宫颈癌组、宫颈良性肿瘤组与健康对照组比较,血清HE4表达水平均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果表明,血清HE4表达水平在144.8pmol/L时诊断宫颈癌的Youden指数最大为0.657,曲线下面积为0.827,其敏感度和特异度分别为73.1%和83.4%。结论血清HE4表达水平是鉴别诊断宫颈良恶性肿瘤的有效工具,其敏感度和特异度相对较高,可有助于临床早期诊断宫颈癌。
