米索前列醇减少子宫肌瘤切除术出血的临床探讨

目的观察应用米索前列醇减少经腹子宫肌瘤切除术出血的临床疗效。方法将行经腹子宫肌瘤切除术86例患者随机分为两组,研究组在术前阴道放置米索前列醇600μg,对照组未做任何处理。观察两组手术时间和术中出血量。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量较对照组减少,输血率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后发热率相同。结论经腹子宫肌瘤切除术前阴道放置米索前列醇400μg可以明显减少出血量,提高手术质量,值得推广。

Objective To observe the misoprostol to reduce abdominal myomectomy bleeding in clinical efficacy.Methods Will pass through the abdominal myomectomy 86 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,research groups in the preoperative vaginal misoprostol 600 μg,without making any deal with the control group.Observed two groups of time and blood loss during surgery.Results The operative time,blood loss than the control group reduced blood transfusion rate decreased,there was significant difference（P0.05）;the same rate of postoperative fever.Conclusion Abdominal myomectomy vaginal misoprostol 400 μg before you can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding,to improve the quality of surgery,it is worth promoting.
