家庭作业式护理干预对人工全髋关节置换术后患者生存质量的影响

The effect of family Nursing intervention on patients' quality of life after total hip arthroplasty

目的探讨有效的人工全髋关节置换术后出院后患者护理方法,提高人工全髋关节置换术后患者的生存质量。方法以布置家庭作业方式给予人工全髋关节置换术患者进行护理干预,并在出院3个月、6个月时用哈里斯髋关节计分法(HHS)和36项短型健康调查(SF-36)进行评估。结果 76例患者家庭作业完成或基本完成(得分74～100分),HHS评分和SF-36评分各项明显高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论家庭作业式护理干预有助于人工全髋关节置换术患者的康复,使患者生存质量提高。

Objective Discussion the Effective methods of care guidance patients to patients after total hip arthroplasty.Methods We have intervened the patients after THP using family nursing methods,and the patients hip functions were evaluated at 3 months and 6 months discharge using Harris hip function score situation and SF-36.Results 76 patients＇ family nursing work was done,HHS scores and SF-36 scores was significantly better than the preoperative（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion Family nursing intervention promotes the patients recovery after total hip arthroplasty,and improve the quality of life.
