摘要
目的:比较排球运动对大学生上肢力量及耐力的影响。方法:采用WCS-100电子握力计测试最大肌力,采用一次性力竭俯卧撑测试测定肌肉耐力水平。结果:排球专选大学生通过系统的排球训练,上肢力量及耐力均明显高于田径专选大学生和普通大学生。结论:长期系统的排球训练能够改善大学生的上肢肌肉力量及耐力水平。
Objective: To compare volleyball's impact on college students' upper limb strength and their endurance. Methods: WCS-100 electronic dynamometers are used to test subjects' maximum strength and one-time exhaustive push-up is adopted to test subjects' muscular endurance level. Results: Volleyball specialized college students are much better than track-field specialized college students and other college students in upper limb strength and endurance through systematic volleyball training. Conclusion: Long-term systematic volleyball training can improve college students' muscular strength of their upper limbs and their level of endurance.
