摘要
通过理论校核转轴的最大剪切强度,运用直接车削后加配轴承套工艺,对主要通风机的隔爆型电机转子进行快速修复,详细说明了具体的加工步骤和方法。修复后的尺寸精度和同心度完全符合电机技术标准。解决了传统工艺修复转轴的难题,为大型电机转子轴精确修理积累了经验。
By checking the peak shear strength of shaft in theory,directly turning the shaft,fitting with a bearing sleeve,it realizes the repair quickly for rotor of a flameproof electrical motor used in main ventilator.In this article,the job steps and method for this technology is present in details.The dimensional accuracy and concentricity of the rotor repaired are perfectly conformance to the specifications in design.It is the solution for problem of repairing shaft by the traditional technology and provides good experience in precision-repairing shaft for large-sized of motor.
