An Interregional Input-output Model Based on RPC and Its Application

研究各地区投入产出表与区域间投入产出模型的关系,从需求角度将多个区域视为一个系统,运用区域购买力系数思想定量分析其各部门产品对外输入输出的可能性及流量,并根据投入产出综合平衡关系,通过建立区域间投入产出模型将已有的各地区投入产出表联结成为区域间投入产出表,并采用非参数估计方法对模型准确性及各类误差的影响程度进行分析。该模型为利用投入产出模型分析区域间产品流动提供一种新的可行方法,适用于国家和区域统计系统相关年份数据供给不足情况下对区域间产品流动的初步估计。

This paper studies the relationship between regional Input-Output Table and Interregional input-output model,which regards several regional input-output tables as a whole system,analyses the possibility of the flows and its volumes from the demand side,from a demand-side by measurement methods.According to the equilibrium relationship among these regional input-output tables,this paper links regional input-output tables into an interregional input-output model,and analyses the accuracy of the model and the effect of its error with nonparametric method.This model provides a new method for interregional product movements using the input-output model,which is applicable to the situation in which national and the regional statistical system have not included the detailed datum of the product flows for some years,and a preliminary estimation is made on the product flow within a area.
