“两型社会”建设的人力资本需求预测及其适配性——以长株潭城市群为例

Prediction of Demand for Human Capital in the Construction of "Two-Oriented Society" and Its Suitalibity

根据长株潭城市群"两型社会"建设的现状与趋势,运用基于灰色系统理论的组合预测方法,从人力资本需求总量和结构两个方面进行预测,分析人力资本支撑长株潭"两型社会"建设的适配性,提出长株潭"两型社会"建设中发展人力资本的对策建议。

Based on the theory of regional and industrial economics and human capital,this paper analyzes the correlation between ＂Two-Oriented Society＂ construction and human capital construction profoundly,and combines present situation of ＂Two-Oriented Society＂ construction and human capital supply and demand in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan District to set up a scientific human capital supporting system for Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan ＂Two-Oriented Society＂ construction.Meanwhile,through the combination prediction model based on the gray system theory,this paper deeply studis human capital supporting sub-system for the Construction of ＂Two-Oriented Society＂ of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan District and their matching degree,and further proposed countermeasures and suggestions to function of human capital supporting system for Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan ＂Two-Oriented Society＂ construction.
