Research on the Late-Development Competition of Industry Clusters In the Middle of China

处在后发地位的中部地区要承担协调崛起的使命,应实施后发产业集群推动战略。以集群的竞争力本质为着眼点,立足后发和创新思想视角,在深入探究产业集群竞争力获取理论基础上,展开对中部产业集群竞争力现存问题与根源的梳理,得出其发展面临"培育与提升"双重任务。并进而通过前述经济理论与现实因素及创新机制相结合的分析,最终提出中部产业集群以"环境系统创新、政府引导内生发展"为中心的路径与对策。

The middle area lies in later position and needs to undertake the mission of growing up for harrmony,thus it should carry out the strategy of pushing by industry clusters.From the point of view of the competition nature of clusters and with the idea of late-development and innovation,unfolds to comb the existing problem and explores deeply into source of competition of industry clusters.Then reaches the double tasks of cultivating and upgrading.Further,through analysis of the above theories combined with the reality factors,finally puts forward the path for development of the competition of the middle clusters that is system innovation and endogenous model with the guide of the government.
