A Study on Feminism Realization in Social Work Organization

女权主义在社会工作机构的实现程度需要从机构中不同性别间的日常行为与行为方式进行研究。通过对一个社会工作机构的女权状况的动态和静态的调查剖析发现:社工机构的女性在某种程度上拥有高于男性的权力,但是表象上的优越并不是女权主义所追求的男女平等的结果,而恰恰是社工机构模仿外部建制下男权主义主导的产物。

Feminism is a school of thought which has many branches.Each emphasizes gender equality.Realization of feminism in social work organization needs to be researched basing on the daily behaviors of men and women.Based on an static and dynamic investigation into social work organization about women＇s rights,the research finds that women in social work organization have more power than men to some degree.However this result is not because of the pursuit of gender equality which is the goal of feminism,it is the outcome of the imitation of the outer system which is dominated by masculinism.
