摘要
在当前我国学前教育改革中,高专学前教育专业培养幼儿园一线教师的作用日益凸显。但由于专业发展的局限,高专学前教育专业在培养幼儿教师的实践中存在许多问题,如,培养目标定位不清晰,课程体系缺乏系统性,生源质量不佳等。为提高教育质量,高专学前教育专业应着力于找准定位,明确培养目标,建构科学、合理的"全实践"课程体系,多渠道、多角度地提高生源质量。
In the process of preschool education reformation,higher vocational preschool education is becoming more and more important in training the kindergarten teachers.However,problems still exist in the reality because of the limitation of professional development,such as the lack of specific target and systematic curriculum systems,and low students' quality.To improve education quality,preschool education of higher vocational education should find correct position,clarify specific targets and construct scientific and reasonable curriculum system and improve the student source quality through different channels and from different aspects.
