In this paper,I analyze the feasibility of the second generation ID card fingerprint recognition techniques in the context of public security information network,explore the design and evaluation methods of ID card fingerprint recognition techniques,and propose the ways of improving public security information network security based on ID card fingerprint recognition techniques.
