On the Party's Policies of Socialist Transformation and Basic Experiences from the Perspective of National Capitalists' Psychological Changes

在社会主义改造过程中,民族资本家经历了由剥削者到自食其力劳动者的转变过程,这给他们的内心世界带来了巨大震荡,表现出种种复杂心态。中国共产党针对资本家的各种心理,制定了一系列正确的方针政策:照顾资本家的合法权益;发挥资本家中骨干进步分子的示范效应;加强教育以促进资本家思想上的转变,这是党的政策促使资本家从心理上接受改造的基本经验,使社会主义改造顺利完成。

In the course of socialist transformation, national capitalists experienced a role shift from exploiters to self-reliance workers, which caused a tremendous shock in their inner world, bringing about different kinds of complicated states of mind. According to the capitalists＇ various psychologies, the Communist Party of China formulated a series of correct principles and policies in order to complete the socialist transformation in a smooth way. Taking into consideration the capitalists＇ legitimate interests,giving play to the demonstrative role of the backbone of the capitalists and strengthening the education of the capitalists to promote their ideological changes,are our Party＇s basic experiences to make the capitalists accept the policy of socialist transformation.
