"一"和"多"是形而上学的主题。为了避免解决同一性问题的保守主义、语境主义及悲观主义立场,哈贝马斯指出,必须立足于20世纪"语言哲学"转向这一大的背景,展开意义理论批判,建立普遍语用学,才能走出理性的困境,解决"一"和"多"的问题。

In order to avoid tackling identity from the standpoints of conservatism, contextualism and pessimism, Harbermas points out that only when we carry out meaning theory criticism and set up universal pragmatics rooted in the major academic background of the turn of language philosophy of the 20th century, can we get out of the plight and solve the problem of one and many.
