表扬对儿童心理效应的调节与中介因素 被引量:10

摘要 表扬是儿童成长过程中的重要外在心理环境因素。能力和努力取向的表扬对儿童心理发展的影响效应受到多种因素的调节,包括表扬者的真诚程度、儿童的认知发展水平和性别等主体因素,以及文化因素和任务难度等外在环境或客观因素。同时,表扬通过影响儿童的成就目标取向、内隐智力理论和归因风格等中介因素对其心理发展起到不同的影响效应。文章在上述论述的基础上,提出了教师/父母的表扬与儿童心理发展之间的相互作用模型。
