Ambidexterous Organization:the Theoretical Evolution and the Research Prospect

文章从双元性组织理论的主要研究视角入手,就该理论及其相关概念演化进行归纳和梳理,从内涵、特征、结构类型、研究的主要内容、主要方法逐一展开,对组织双元性与组织绩效的关系进行评析,归纳和评述了目前国内外关于双元性组织理论研究和实证研究的主要成果。同时,基于研究现状提出有待继续研究的方向和建议。

The paper,from the research view of ambidexterous organization theory,systemizes its evolution and the relevant concepts,and researches separately from the connotation,the characteristics,structure types,main contents and methods.The article probes the performance of ambidexterous organization,and reviews the normative research and empirical research on ambidexterous organization theory.Simultaneously,the essay,based on the research status,puts forward the future research direction and some suggestion.
