摘要
高层管理团队社会资本对企业在由复杂性引起的弱情境下制定正确的战略并达成一致性,起着重要作用。本文立足于高层管理团队理论研究视角,综合近年来国内外学者理论研究成果,阐述了高层管理团队理论和战略一致性理论的发展和相关性研究,探讨了高层管理团队社会资本的内涵及其与战略一致性之间的关系。最后对其理论研究现状进行了评述,并讨论了扩展研究的方向。
The social capital of top management team is very important for the organization to get the strategic fit in the "weak situation" caused by the organizational complexity.Based on the literature of top management team and strategic fit theories,this paper aggregates over the past two decades of research literatures on the social capital of top management team and its relationship with strategic fit from the scholars at home and abroad,then recounts the origin of the theory,development and related research.Finally,theoretical study of the status quo is reviewed and expansion of the direction of research is discussed.
