回归分析在电机冷却系统中的应用

摘要 在开发全自动IC引线键合机的过程中,xy方向的驱动使用的是直线电机,在运行过程中,由于加速度、速度都很高(加速度大于12 g,速度大于0.4 m/s),电机线圈温度上升很快,因此要对其进行吹气冷却,为了找出线圈温度与运行时间的关系,进行了系列实验,使用Minitab软件确定函数关系。对其进行监控与预测。 XY table is a very important component of Auto wire bonder,XY table movement in both directions adopt linear motor drive,during the working process,due to the velocity and acceleration of XY table are very high(velocity is greater than 0.4m/s,acceleration is greater than 12G),long working process will make the XY motor coil temperature rise very quickly,which requires XY motor cooling system with high efficiency,in order to identify the relationship between motor coil temperature and working time period,we make a series of experiments,using the Minitab software to determine regression formula,using the function to prediction and monitoring.
