Optimization strategy for CS/PS high load cell based on customer perception

在网络优化工作中如何提升用户感知和提高无线利用率、优化资源配置是一大难题,在现网资源较紧张的情况下,如何更有效地利用现有资源成为一个很现实的问题。通过针对性地优化话音、数据单高小区,设计了不同场景下模拟用户速率感知的实验,从而得出相应的优化策略,并结合客户感知和客户容忍度提出了市场推广的改进建议。通过现网运营表明,这些优化方法是行之有效的。

In daily work, it＇s difficult to improve customer perception and radio using rate by optimizing resources. In condition of limited device resources in CMCC Huzhou branch, it＇s critical to utilize resources more efficiently. This thesis suggests several parameter optimization strategy for CS/PS high load cell, and designs several scenes to simulate customer perception. On the basis of these, then marketing recommendation is suggested. Huzhou branch＇s experience improves that, all these methods are effective.
