摘要
针对TD-SCDMA、GSM融合网络因参数设置不合理造成的影响用户感知问题,本文提出了一系列2G/3G互操作参数优化方法:系统间切换等待定时器优化、切换失败惩罚最大次数和切换失败惩罚时间优化、PS域切换门限优化、3G→2G切换/重选参数与2G→3G重选参数联合优化等方法,通过以上方法的应用提升了2G/3G互操作性能,实现了2G/3G网络资源的合理利用,提升了用户感知。
For the problem that user experience is impacted because of parameter setting unreasonable in TD-SCDMA, GSM converged network. In this paper, we proposed a series of 2G and 3G interoperable parameter optimization methods: inter-system handover waiting timer optimization method, maxinum number of handover failure punishment and handover failure punishment timer optimization method, handover threshold optimization method of PS traffic, joint optimization method between the handover/reselection parameters of 3G to 2G and reselection parameters of 2G to 3G. The application of these methods enhance the performance of 2G and 3G interoperability, achieved a rational use of network resources and improved user experience.
