摘要
调研了国内外混凝土桥梁耐久性相关设计、施工和检测规范,对比分析了上述规范中的环境作用指标,耐久性设计中的水灰/胶比、水泥/胶凝材料用量、混凝土强度等级、氯离子含量、最大碱含量、含气量、混凝土抗冻耐久性指数和抗冻等级、混凝土保护层厚度、裂缝和防腐蚀附加措施指标,耐久性施工中的原材料标准、混凝土浇注和振捣密实、养护方法指标,耐久性检验中的保护层厚度、混凝土耐久性指数或抗冻等级指标和要求。最终提出了涵盖环境、材料、构件和结构4个层次,考虑设计、施工和检测3个阶段的混凝土桥梁耐久性指标体系。
The design, construction and inspection specifications related to durability of concrete bridges both at home and abroad were surveyed and studied. The environmental effect, the indices and their requirements in durability design, including water-cement/cementitious-agent material ratio, cement/cementitious material content, strength grade of concrete, chloride ion content, maximal alkali content, air content, freezeproof durability factor and freezeproof level of concrete, design of concrete cover thickness, cracks, and additional countermeasures for corrosion protection, were contrastively analyzed. The indices and their requirements in durability construction, including raw material criteria, concrete placement, concrete vibrating and compacting, curing methods, concrete cover thickness testing, and durability factor or freezeproof level of concrete, were also contrastively analyzed. Finally, the concrete bridge durability index system, which covers hierarchies of environment, material, components and structure, and also considers phases of design, construction and inspection, was put forward.
