大方坯连铸结晶器冷却水温差的监测与分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于大方坯连铸生产中的大量实测数据,分析了结晶器冷却水温差与拉速、钢水过热度和结晶器水流量等工艺参数的变化关系,并利用多元统计方法进行线性回归分析得到定量规律;明确了冷却水温差在连铸监控中的功能,并用于指导连铸冷却工艺的制定与优化;使用均值滤波法对水温差的数据进行实时滤波,用以保证连铸坯在线动态热跟踪模块计算的准确性和稳定性,实践表明该方法的必要性与有效性。 According to large quantities of measured data, the present paper discussed the relationship between the temperature difference of cooling water in the mold and the process parameters such as casting speed, superheat and mold water flow rate, and the multivariate statistical method was used to expound its quantitative law. Secondly, the functions of monitoring water temperature difference were illustrated mainly to guide the development and optimization in the cooling process. Finally, the mean filtering method was applied to the data acquisition so as to ensure the calculation accuracy and stability of dynamic thermal tracking model for casting bloom and practice demonstrates the necessity and effectiveness of the method.
