摘要
在聚氨酯(PU)的合成过程中引入以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸等制备的预乳液,在一定的温度下引入偶联剂继续反应得到PUA乳液。引入磷酸酯功能单体,制得了耐水效果优良的水性PUA乳液。考察了偶联剂种类、偶联剂用量、磷酸酯功能单体用量对乳液和漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:采用三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMP-TA)为偶联剂得到的PUA乳液性能最佳,引入磷酸酯功能单体得到稳定性出色、耐水时间达到500 h、涂膜附着力1级、无闪蚀现象的PUA乳液。红外分析表明:PU-AC交联得到PUA,磷酸酯功能单体以共价键的形式在PUA中存在。
A preenmlsion prepared with MMA, BA,ST, AA was charged during the synthesis of polyu- rethane resin, which was then reacted with coupling agent at a specified tempertue to torm the PUA emulsion. And the phosphate functional monomer was then followed to be reacted to obtained an excellent water resistance PUA. The eft^ct of variety and amount of coupling agent, amount of phosphate functional mono- mer on properties of emulsion and film was studied. The results showed that, when TMPTA was used as cou- pling agent, a best perfornmnce PUA emulsion could be obtained. Introduction of phosphate functional mon- omer to PUA emulsion could improve the PUA properties with good stability, adhesion grade 1, no Nash corrosion and water resistance up to 500 h. The FT - IR analysis indicated the exist of crosslinking between PU and AC and the covalent bonded phospate functional monomer.
