摘要
采用有支承校孔的无切削方法加工铰卷内孔,以达到既能提高产品抗拉强度,又能保证铰卷内孔孔尺寸精度和椭圆度要求,还能提高效率,降低生产成本的目的。
Adopting no-cutting method supported checking hole to process the hinge inner hole to achieve the requirement of improving product tensile strength and guarantee the hinge inner hole demension accuracy and ellipticity demand, the efficiency can be improved and the production cost can be reduced.
