摘要 为了解决现有植酸盐转化膜耐水洗性差的问题,利用植酸的反应活性及酸催化活性,使之与三乙醇胺进行酯化反应,将所得产物与促进剂、配位剂等进行复配,采用正交法优化转化液配比和转化工艺参数,在A3钢表面制备了可水洗的植酸盐转化膜。利用扫描电镜观察其微观形貌,通过电化学测试技术考察其耐蚀性。结果表明:所得植酸盐转化膜光滑平整,晶粒呈麦粒状紧密排列,具有较好的耐蚀性。 Phytic acid with reactivity and catalytic activity was conducted to react with triethanolamine,and resultant esterified product was mixed with accelerating agents and complexing agents to formulate phytate conversion liquid.The composition of the phytate conversion liquid and the parameters for preparing phytate conversion coating were optimized based on orthogonal tests.Furthermore,water-tolerant phytate conversion coating was prepared on the surface of A3 steel under the optimized conversion condition.The microstructure of as-prepared phytate conversion coating was observed using a scanning electron microscope,and its corrosion resistance was evaluated using electrochemical methods.It was found that as-prepared phytate conversion coating consisting of compactly arranged grains was smooth and possessed good corrosion resistance.
