摘要
高血压与自发性脑出血的发病、进展和预后息息相关,然而在脑出血治疗的过程中,由于血压对于血肿体积和脑灌注压的影响,是否对脑出血急性期血压给予控制存有争论。本文总结了目前关于脑出血急性期血压控制的主要观点,并对其相关的治疗策略进行综述。
Hypertension is closely related to the incidence, progress and prognosis of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage. But in the process of the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage, due to the influence on hematoma volume and cerebral perfusion pressure, the control of blood pressure is still in controversy. In this article, we try to summarize the current main points of blood pressure control in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage, and review the related treatment strategies.
