摘要
面对中部崛起和"四化两型"建设的机遇和挑战,湖南产业结构正处于调整的重要时期。经济的发展不是简单的数量增长而是合理产业结构基础上的质量提升,要实现经济从粗放型向集约型转变,就必须不断调整产业结构,使之更趋合理化,从而发挥产业结构变动对经济的推动作用。因此,文章分析了湖南省产业结构发展的现状和存在的问题,提出了湖南产业结构调整战略建议。
Facing the opportunities and challenges of the rise of the central region and ＂four- two type society＂, it is an important period for Hunan to adjust industrial structure. Economic development is not a simple number increase, but quality growth on the basis of a reasonable industrial structure. To achieve the economy from extensive to intensive ,we must constantly adjust the industrial structure and let it rationalize, so as to make the industrial structure play an improving role in the economy. Therefore, this paper first analyses the present situation of the development of Hunan province industrial structure and the existing problems and its causes, then puts forward some strategic suggestions to adjust the structure.
