甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病的诊治分析

目的分析甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者的治疗与临床特点。方法选择29例甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 79.7%合并心律失常,17.5%合并心功能不全,30.3%首次发生了误诊和漏诊,78.5%甲状腺功能升高。经过抗甲状腺药治疗症状明显改善或消失。结论甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病临床合并症较多,易漏诊误诊,抗甲状腺药物治疗效果明显。

Objective To investigate the hyperthyroid heart disease treatment and clinical characteristics of.Methods 29 patients with hyperthyroid heart disease were retrospectively reviewed the clinical data analysis.Results Of the 79.7% combined with arrhythmia,17.5% patients with cardiac insufficiency,30.3% for the first time the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,78.5% elevated thyroid function.After antithyroid drug treatment symptoms improved markedly or disappeared.Conclusion hyperthyroid heart disease clinical comorbidity of missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis,antithyroid drug treatment effect is obvious.
