从苏州市农村河道整治实践入手,总结分析了苏州市在农村河道轮浚管理方面的特色经验,客观剖析了农村河道轮浚管理模式的诸多问题,并对照加快水利现代化发展的要求,提出了相应的对策建议。

Special features and experiences in river course dredging in rural areas of Suzhou City are summarized. Problems with management of rotational river dredging in rural areas are presented. Relevant measures for speeding up water development and modernization are proposed.
