德州市水利投入六大奖补政策研析

Studies on six reward and subsidy policies for input on water development in Dezhou City

为弥补历史欠账,着力解决水利投入"钱从哪里来"和"从何处入手"的问题,近年山东省德州市经过深入调研和论证,在平原水库、河道治理、方田建设、泵站改造、坑塘建设、饮水安全6个方面相继出台并实施了6项资金奖补政策,发挥引导和带动作用,推动全市水利工程建设。

In order to solve the historical problems of lack of financial resources, an investigation is made in recent years to find out solution in the Dezhou City of Shandong Province. Six reward and subsidy policies have been issued and implemented for stimulating construction of reservoirs in plain areas, river harnessing, farmland construction, renovation of pumping stations, construction of water ponds and safe drinking water supply.
