西山矿区煤巷掘进队典型组织结构分析

Research on the organizational structural design of coal tunnel driving team in Xishan mining area

在现场调研的基础上,把西山煤电公司煤巷掘进队划分为三种典型类型,结合队组管理的实际情况,依据弗鲁姆提出的领导规范模型,总结出西山煤电公司煤巷掘进队三种典型的组织结构模式:独裁型组织结构、协商型组织结构和群体决策型组织结构。这三种组织结构模式的提出,为队组的高效运作奠定了基础,也为其它掘进队组织结构的设计提供了参考。釆用领导规范模型中环境分析方法,把强调"管理决策"的"例外管理"的思想引入组织结构设计,完善了传统的队组结构设计理论。

Based on the field investigation,driving team in coal tunnel of Xishan mining area is divided into three typical types,according to the practical situation of team management and the mode of leadership standard given by Vroom,three typical organization structures are designed for driving team in coal tunnel,including Authoritarian organization structure,Consultation organization structure and Group decision structure.The devising of the three types of organization structures is the foundation of efficient operation for team,and provides the reference for the organizational structural design of other tunneling team.The idea improves traditional organizational structural theory on design,which adopts environmental analysis method of leadership standard model and introduces the idea of emphasizing ＂the management by exception＂ of ＂management decisions＂ into the design of organizational structure.
