摘要
简述了硫及其硫酸盐对氧化铝生产的影响,对反浮选脱硫、电化学浮选脱硫、化学法脱硫和微生物脱硫等有代表性的高硫铝土矿脱硫方法进行了阐述,并对各种脱硫方法的优缺点及其改进的方向进行了系统的分析。研究认为,微生物脱硫技术将是最有前景的高硫铝土矿脱硫技术。
Introduced the effect of sulphur and sulfate on the alumina production.Typical high-sulfur bauxite desulfuration methods such as reverse-flotation desulfuration,electrochemistry desulfuration,chemical desulfuration and microorganism desulfuration were elaborated.Relative merits and development direction of desulfuration method were deeply analyzed.Research indicate that microorganism desulfuration will be most promising desulfuration technology of high-sulfur bauxite.
