摘要
指出了目前市场上出现的新工艺、新技术的推广不能得到有效地控价,一些新机械也不能得到充分利用,造成工程投资有很大差别。分析了水利工程造价的定义,对甘肃省水利工程概算定额进行了探讨。
The promotion price of the new processes and new technologies in current market can not be effectively controlled,and a number of new machinery can not be fully utilized, therefore, it results in large differences of project investment. Besides,in Gansu Province, the standard of labor wages of Gansu Provin- cial Hydropower Engineering is low and must be adjusted.
