逍遥散联合草酸艾司西肽普兰片治疗抑郁症疗效观察

目的观察逍遥散加减配合草酸艾司西肽普兰片治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法收集抑郁症病例72例,随机分为两组。研究组36例,用逍遥散联合草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗;对照组36例,单纯用草酸艾司西肽普兰片治疗。结果研究组总临床治疗有效率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是在第6周研究组患者HAMD评分明显低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组的不良反应方面比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论逍遥散联合草酸艾司西肽普兰治疗抑郁症具有疗效好,不良反应少的特点。

Objective To observe the Xiaoyao powder combined with escitalopram oralate tablet on treatment of depression. Methods All of 72 cases of depression, were randomly divided into two groups. The study group 36 cases, was treated by Xiaoyao powder combined escitalopram oxalate tablets; The control group, was given Oxalic acid esmolol Copeland tablets. Results The study group of the total efficiency of clinical treatment and control group had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, but the study group at the end of the sixth week HAMD scores were significantly less than that in the control group, and the difference was significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Study group and the control group the ADR of comparison, there were significant differences statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Escitalopram oxalate tablet in treatment of depression has good curative effect, less adverse reaction.
