摘要 目的探讨E-cadherin和P120ctn在子宫颈癌中的表达及在其发生发展中的意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测子宫颈癌组织中E-cadherin和P120ctn的表达情况,以正常子宫颈黏膜及子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)黏膜作为对照。结果 E-cadherin和P120ctn在子宫颈癌中的表达下调率高于二者在正常子宫颈黏膜及CIN黏膜中的表达下调率;E-cadherin和P120ctn在伴有淋巴结转移的子宫颈癌中的表达下调率高于二者在不伴有淋巴结转移的子宫颈癌中的表达下调率;E-cadherin和P120ctn在浸及深肌层的子宫颈癌中表达下调率高于二者在未浸及深肌层的子宫颈癌中的表达下调率。结论 E-cadherin和P120ctn表达下调和子宫颈癌发生有关;E-cadherin和P120ctn表达下调促进子宫颈癌的侵袭与转移。 Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin and P120ctn protein in cervical carcinoma and its significance in the tumorigenesis and development of cervical carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of E- cadherin and P120ctn protein in normal cervical epithelia, CIN cervical epithelia and cervical carcinoma. Results The downregulation expression rate of E-cadherin and Pl20ctn in cervical carcinoma was higher than in normal cervical epithelia and CIN cervical epithelia; The down-regulation expression rate of E-cadherin and P120ctn in cervical carcinoma with lymph node metastases was higher than those wich without lymph node metastases; The down-regulation expression rate of E-cadherin and P120ctn in cervical carcinoma that invasive outer cervix was higher than those which invasive inter cervix. Conclusion The down- regulation expression of E-cadherin and P120ctn may promote the tumorigenesis and development of cervical carcinoma; The down - regulation expression of E-eadherin amt P120ctn may promote the invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
