荷瘤小鼠磁共振检查麻醉固定方式初探 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察氯胺酮腹腔及肌肉注射方式对荷瘤小鼠的麻醉效果,探讨荷瘤小鼠磁共振(MR)检查的理想麻醉固定方式。方法将30只荷瘤小鼠随机分成两组,按100 mg/kg剂量给予氯胺酮腹腔及肌肉注射并制动行MR扫描,重点记录小鼠麻醉起效时间及维持时间,观察荷瘤小鼠麻醉前后生命体征的变化。结果两组麻醉固定方式均可完成MR成像检查。其中腹腔注射组和肌肉注射组荷瘤小鼠麻醉起效时间分别为(3.60±0.74)min和(3.47±0.87)min,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),麻醉维持时间分别为(22.13±4.73)min、(30.60±6.19)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组小鼠麻醉前后呼吸频率及体温比较无统计学意义。结论氯胺酮肌肉注射配合小鼠固定器可为荷瘤小鼠MR成像检查提供较为理想的麻醉固定方式。 Objective To research anesthetic effects in mice injected intramuscularly and intraperitoneally. Methods Thirty mice were randomly divided into 2 groups with 15 mice in each. Two groups were anesthetized with ketamine injected intramuscularly and intraperitoneally in a dose of 100mg/kg. Results The first group took (3.60±0.74) rain to be properly anesthetized and maintained for (22.13±4.73) min. In the second group the time of induction and maintenance were (3.47±0.87) min and (30.60±6.19) min. There were no significant difference in the time of induction, and there were significant difference in the time of maintenance. There were no significant differences in the respiration and temperature. Conclusion Ketamine in intramuscularly can supply nice anesthetic effects for MR imaging.
