一氧化氮合酶基因多态性与吉林省汉族人群冠心病的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因多态性与冠心病的关系。方法收集120例患有冠心病的患者和102例年龄、性别相匹配的健康对照者,采用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性分析其多态性并确定基因型。结果冠心病组eNOS基因的(1T+TG)基因型明显的高于正常对照组(OR=2.02,95%CI:1.09—3.75,P〈0.05),两组等位基因T差异具有统计学意义(OR=1.96,95%CI:1.14~3.36,P〈0.05)。结论eNOS基因G894T基因多态性与冠心病发病有关。 Objective To investigate the risk of coronary heart desease with endothelial constitutive nitric oxide synthase gene polymorphisms. Methods We investigated the G894T mutations in the eNOS gene in 120 Chinese patients with coronary heart desease and 102 age- and sex-matched healthy controls. Its genotype was defined by the polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Results The (TT+TG) genotype of eNOS in the coronary heart desease group were higher than control group (OR = 2.02, 95%CI: 1.09-3.75, P 〈 0.05).The allele gene T had statistical meaning in two group (0R=1.96, 95% CI: 1.14-3.36, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There is a synergistic effect of eNOS gene polymorphisms in patients with coronary heart desease.
