前白蛋白与白细胞介素-6在创伤性骨折患者中的检测及临床意义

Prealbumin in patients with traumatic fractures and interleukin-6 and its clinical significance

目的探讨前白蛋白(PA)及IL-6在创伤性骨折患者中的变化及临床意义。方法选取132例创伤性骨折患者(轻度组78例,重度组54例),同时选取来我院体检的健康者122例作为对照组,分别对两组进行PA和IL-6水平的检测。结果创伤性骨折患者与对照组PA水平有显著性差异(P<0.05),轻度组与重度组PA水平差异也具有显著性(P<0.05);创伤性骨折患者与对照组的IL-6水平有显著性差异(P<0.05),轻度组与重度组IL-6水平差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过PA及IL-6水平的检测,可以对创伤性骨折患者的病情、疗效及预后的判断更加准确,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To study the change of PA and IL-6 in patients with traumatic fractures and its clinical significance. Methods Selected 132 cases of traumatic fractures（78 cases with mild and severe group of 54 patients）, selected 122 cases of physical health as control group, we examined PA and IL-6 level in all the cases. Results There were significant differences in PA and IL-6 levels between patients with traumatic fractures and control group （P 〈 0.05）; There were significant differences in PA and IL-6 levels between mild group and severe group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Through PA level and IL- 6 levels detection can be traumatic fracture of the patient＇s condition, treatment and prognosis more accurately, to a quasiclinical significance.
