周围型肺癌的X线与CT检查征象的对比研究

The comparative study of peripheral lung cancer X-ray and CT signs

目的对比分析周围型肺癌通过X线及CT检查表现出来的不同征象的特点,进一步确定X线及CT检查对诊断周围型肺癌的临床价值。方法将我院2008年12月～2010年12月收治的68例周围型肺癌患者的影像学检查资料包括X线片、CT扫描资料进行总结分析。结果 CT检查确诊的癌灶比率明显高于X线检查,两组肿块征、毛刺征、棘样突起、空洞、胸膜凹陷征、空泡征及支气管征、血管集束征、肺门与纵隔淋巴结肿大、骨转移、胸水等各种征象分别比较,差异有统计学意义或高度统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),除外分叶征。结论 CT诊断周围型肺癌的准确性明显优于X线检查,将二者结合起来应用于周围型肺癌的检查具有重要的临床意义,值得推广和应用。

Objective To compare and analyze the peripheral lung cancer through the application of X-ray and CT, and further to demonstrate the characteristics of the different signs of X-ray and CT in the diagnosis peripheral lung cancer clinical value. Methods From December 2008 to December 2010, 68 cases peripheral lung cancer patients were treated, and the imaging data including X-ray, CT scan data were analyzed. Results CT examination confirmed the foei ratio was sig- nificantly higher than the X-ray examination, tumor characteristics, burr sign, spine-like protrusions, voids, pleural inden tation, vacuole sign and bronchial symptoms, vascular cluster symptoms, hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes, bone metastases, pleural effusion, and other signs, respectively of two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）, except lobulation. Conclusion CT diagnosis peripheral lung cancer is significantly better than X-ray examination, and combine the two kinds methods in the examination of peripheral lung cancer has important clinical significance, worthy of promotion and application.
