Objective To ensure the safety of the blood donor and clinical transfusion, enhance the quality control and management of blood-collection by establishing the blood bank management system. Methods Enhance the quality control and management of blood-collection under the guidance of ＂Management Regulation of Blood Bank＂ and Quality Management Specification of Blood Bank＂. Results Procedures of blood-collection conduct was safe and ordered. Conclusion Enhancement of quality control and management of blood-collection can effectively guarantee the safety of the donors and provide qualified blood and blood products for clinical usage.
