中西医结合治疗湿疹60例临床观察

Clinical study of combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in 60 patients with eczema

目的探讨湿疹的有效治疗措施。方法将湿疹患者120例随机分为治疗组与对照组,各60例,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用复方甘草酸苷注射液60 mL静脉注射,1次/d,连续使用4周。结果治疗后治疗组、对照组有效率分别为86.67%、68.33%,u=2.988,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药结合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗湿疹可提高有效率,且简便安全。

Objective To explore the efficacy of herbal medicine and injection of compound glycyrrhizin application of eczema. Methods Sixty patients with eczema were treated with herbal medicine and injection of compound glycyrrhizin, once daily for 4 weeks. The controls were 60 patients with eczema who were injected the compound glyeyrrhizin only. Resuits In herbal medicine and injection of group effective rate was 86.7%, and the effective rate was 68.33% in compound glyeyrrhizin group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of eczema with herbal medicine and injection of compound glycyrrhizin is a safe and effective method for patients with Eczema.
