摘要
配电网投资效益将直接影响未来电网规划,合理的配电网投资效益评价对电网建设将起到重要的指导作用。针对配电网投资建设过程中产生的项目效益和管理效益,选取了21项指标,构建配电网投资效益综合评价指标体系,结合理想解法和灰色关联度建立了配电网投资效益评价模型,利用相对贴近度来评价各样本的优劣。以某电网公司的3个分公司的配电网投资为例,对其投资效益进行评价,验证了该模型的有效性和合理性。
The investment benefit of distribution network may have a direct effect on the future network planning,so the reasonable investment benefit evaluation can provide guidance for grid construction.Considering the benefits in project and management in the course of distribution network investment and construction,a comprehensive evaluation index system is established,including 21 evaluation indexes.The evaluation model is constructed based on TOPSIS and grey correlation degree,whereby the relative similarity degree is used to evaluate the pros and cons of each sample.The distribution network investment evaluation of three branches of a grid company exemplifies the effectiveness and reasonableness of the proposed model.
