摘要
接收器是碟式太阳能热发电系统的核心部件,为太阳能/电能的转换提供吸热传热功能。介绍了几种高温热管接收器的结构,针对高温太阳能热利用的特点,提出了高温热管太阳能接收器的可靠性评估模型,比较组合式高温热管接收器与典型高温热管接收器的可靠性和寿命。结果表明:在热管单体故障率相同的情况下,组合式高温热管接收器具有更高的可靠性,因此具有更长的使用寿命,可以适应碟式太阳能热发电系统的运行需求。
As the core component of dish solar thermal power system,the receiver can absorb incoming concentrated solar energy and then transmit thermal power to the working fluid of the engine.This paper describes the structure characteristics of various types of high temperature heat pipe receivers.Then the reliability model of high temperature heat pipe solar receivers is presented in the light of the utilization features of high temperature solar thermal power.The reliabilities and life span are compared between combined high temperature heat pipe receiver and typical heat pipe receiver by the model.The research results indicate that the combined type high temperature heat pipe solar receiver possesses higher reliability and longer working life,adaptable to the requirements of dish solar thermal power system.
