摘要
特高压输变电设备运行中会出现绝缘性能下降同时伴随着表面放电,用紫外成像仪对其运行状态进行检测,可以有效的发现故障设备,做到及时检修,降低故障率。结合直流特高压工程技术国家工程实验室(昆明)的现场需求设计并开发了一套紫外数据管理系统,实现了对紫外信息的有效管理,同时通过对紫外图像的处理,提取了绝缘子运行的信息,为现场运行提供了指导。
In the operation of power transmission and transformation equipment,its insulation performance may decline accompanied with surface discharge.In this case ultraviolet(UV) imager can be applied to detect the operation state and find faults effectively,leading to timely maintenance and failure rate decrease.In the light of the site demand of national engineering laboratory(Kunming) for DC UHV engineering technology,this paper designed and developed the ultraviolet data management system,which implements the effective management of ultraviolet information,and at the same time through ultraviolet image processing,gets information about insulator's operation and provides guidance for field operation.
