摘要
改造型项目具有容易出现隐蔽工程的特点。工程实践中隐蔽工程的出现多由于技术原因,并且对于隐蔽工程的事前控制措施往往不足。文章将针对这些问题,利用TRIZ理论解决问题的思路、步骤构建基于TRIZ的改造项目隐蔽工程质量控制模型,获取一种事前的控制措施、完善技术准备的内容,以期降低隐蔽工程的出现、解决质量控制的不足。最后将构建的模型应用于成都市看守所监控系统改造项目质量控制。
Hidden projects are prone to come up in renovation projects and the pre-control of them is weak.To solve this problem,a model of hidden projects quality control in renovation is constructed based on TRIZ theories.A control measure ahead of time is gained,the content of technology preparation is perfected,the probability of hidden engineering is reduced,and quality control shortage is settled.Finally,this model is applied to quality control of the Chengdu Jail Monitoring System Renovation Project.
