尿动力学检查对干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤后排尿障碍的临床疗效评估 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨通过尿动力学检查判断间充质干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤后排尿障碍的临床疗效。方法时20例胸10-腰1段脊髓损伤后遗症患者行脐带间充质干细胞移植,并进行术前和术后半年尿动力检查,ASIA损伤分级评分。结果60%患者尿道括约肌功能、膀胱顺应性明显改善。结论间充质干细胞移植可以显著改善胸腰段脊髓损伤后遗症患者排尿障碍,恢复尿道括约肌和膀胱功能,提高患者生活质量。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation on urinary disorders of spinal cord injured patients through urodynamic test. Methods 20 patients with sequela of thoracolumbar spinal cord injury were enrolled to receive MSCs transplantation. Urodynamic test and ASIA scores were carried out before and half a year after the transplantation. Results Significant improvements including function of urethral sphincter and bladder compliance were observed in 60% patients after the transplantation. Conclusions MSCs transplantation could significantly improve urination disorders, promote the recovery of urethral sphincter and bladder functions and improve life quality for patients with thoracolumbar spinal cord injury.
