基于酸甘化阴理论的人参乌梅汤抑制小鼠胃肠运动作用研究

Study of Ginseng-Mume Decoction Inhibition Gastrointestinal Motility in Mice Based on Sour-sweet Herbs Nourishing Yin

目的:考察酸甘化阴代表方剂人参乌梅汤对小鼠不同功能状态胃肠蠕动的抑制作用,为该法临床治疗小儿腹泻病提供实验依据。方法:采用正常小鼠、番泻叶致急性腹泻小鼠和新斯的明致小肠运动亢进小鼠,观察小鼠胃排空、炭末胃肠推进和4 h内总稀便数等指标。结果:人参乌梅汤能明显抑制番泻叶所致小鼠急性腹泻及小鼠胃排空运动,正常小鼠小肠的推进运动及新斯的明引起的小肠亢进推进运动。结论:人参乌梅汤能抑制胃肠蠕动,具有良好的止泻作用。

Objective： To study the effects of Ginseng-Mume Decoction inhibition in mice on different functional states of gastrointestinal tract.and provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment.Methods： Use of gastric emptying,small intestine impel in mice,drug induced mice diarrhea model.VGinseng-Mume Decoction can obviously reduce the incidence of the mice diarrhea induced by Folium Sennae and inhibit the movement of gastric empty,the promotion of small intestinal movement.Conclusion：Ginseng-Mume Decoction had anti-diarrhea effects and it can inhibit the gastrointestinal movement.
